📍 Isaiah 117 House – Delaware County, IN (Muncie)
Our latest volunteer effort took us to the Isaiah 117 House in Delaware County, Indiana. This remarkable organization provides physical and emotional support in a safe, loving home for children awaiting foster care placement. The work they do is both urgent and deeply meaningful — and we’re honored to play a small part in helping bring their mission to life.
What We Did:
Insulation-HUB LLC donated labor to install batt insulation in the walls of the new Isaiah 117 House. This step is key in creating a safe, quiet, and energy-efficient space for the children and caregivers who will soon use the home.
What’s Next:
We’re not finished yet! The next phases include insulating the crawl space with spray foam and treating the attic to ensure year-round comfort and energy savings.
Update as of July 16th, 2025: Progress in motion! 💪
We recently installed 8–10 inches of open-cell spray foam in the knee walls and added R-19 batt insulation to the exterior walls—making this home safer, quieter, and more energy-efficient.
The crawl space foam is on hold for now due to wet conditions, but we’ll be back to finish the job right. Stay tuned!
